4210 - Digital Video Codec

Video sender/receiver that combines alarm features with MPEG-2 broadcast quality pictures in a compact, stylish and affordable housing.

In addition to MPEG-2, the 4210 can encode the video input in MPEG-4 simultaneously, producing a data stream that could, for example, be streamed through the Internet

4400 - Digital Video Decoder

Single channel standalone video decoder, with support for the MPEG-4 compression standard.

The unit receives the transmission of video from remote sites for viewing on a networked PC or a CCTV monitor, and can form part of a complete CCTV system over an IP network.

Decoded video can be displayed on a standard analogue or VGA monitor as either a single view or quad view display.

4410 - Single Channel Digital Video Encoder

The 4410 is a single channel standalone video encoder, with support for the MPEG-4 compression standard.

The unit allows the transmission of video to remote sites for viewing on a networked PC or a CCTV monitor, and can form part of a complete CCTV system over an IP network.

Encoded video can be displayed on a standard CCTV monitor using the 4400 hardware decoder, in a web browser or via the MultiVision software decoder application, which is part of the Cellstack Integration Suite (CIS).

MPEG-4 compression allows the unit to be used when bandwith is limited.  The unit supports full alarm management and peripheral devices, plus a wide range of dome and PTZ cameras.
